Hypnotherapy is a fast effective way to make some positive changes.

It works on the basis that our automatic behaviours are being run by the unconscious part of our mind. Hypnotherapy is an effective way of updating the unconscious mind so that it will start to support the conscious changes that you want.

I like to think of hypnotherapy as a way of reconditioning the unconscious mind.

So if someone has hypnotherapy to stop smoking, they will not only stop but they will feel good about stopping. Being a non smoker will feel automatic to them. Hypnotherapy is like a way of updating our software.

It is a safe and natural process in order to make positive changes to the way you think, behave and feel.

Hypnotherapy can be applied to a wide range of mental health, medical, physical and psychological problems. Including anxiety and stress, weight control, addictive behaviours (including smoking) and confidence issues.

Hypnotherapy is also used to enhance performance in several areas such sport and public speaking.

It is a powerfully effective means of bringing about positive change to problems. 

There are three reasons why hypnotherapy is such a great solution:

• Its very relaxing
• It’s a fast approach to making change (sometimes in a little as 1 or 2 sessions)
• Its solution focused

How I work?

No one person is the same so over the last 15 years I have found a way to bespoke these Unconscious Reconditioning sessions to the individual, their problem and their goal using a powerful combination of techniques 

I like to use our sessions for powerful intervention work where we update the unconscious using techniques like hypnotherapy (and nlp) but I also like to give my clients tools and techniques to go away with that will support their change.

Most people see changes after the first session and it may take a couple of sessions to get you to where you want to be.

Hypnotherapy sessions (like all of my sessions) can be done online via Zoom as well as face to face.
