I have just completed Katie’s Calmer and Happier Life Program. I came into it ‘hopeful’ but not totally convinced I would get the life shift. BUT I did. When I first came to see Katie, I was a nervous wreck. I felt completely hopeless, overwhelmed, and like my life was spiraling out of control. I struggled to see a way forward and doubted whether anything could really help me. Over the course of the eight-week programme, Katie provided a safe, supportive space where I felt truly heard and understood. Her kindness, patience, and deep understanding helped me to unpack my struggles and start making sense of my emotions. She guided me with compassion, never rushing me, but gently encouraging me to challenge unhelpful patterns and build resilience. When I first met Katie for the consultation, I was quite apprehensive towards therapy and unsure if it would benefit me. However after the initial consultation with Katie, she provided me with assurance and confidence that the selected programme, would bring about the improvements that I’ve been wanting to make in my life. After several weeks of going through catch up sessions and completing my own practices guided by Katie, I can honestly say the skills and lessons I’ve learnt have led towards me achieving everything I was initially looking for, and will help me achieve further improvements all round. I would strongly encourage anyone who is maybe thinking about similar therapy sessions, or slightly unsure as to whether it would be for them, to reach out to Katie and see what support can be offered.
