I really do mean this when I say Katie really saved me from becoming a person I never wanted to become. I had some personal issues which threw me in to a downward spiral to sadness. When I attended the consultation, Katie knew exactly what I needed, which was a course called A Calmer & Happier Life, which is a mindfulness course. Right from the first session I knew that this was going to help me but I had no idea that at the end of the 8 weeks I would feel more at peace than I ever had before! Through the first few weeks I felt like I NEEDED our weekly session to get me through life, like I needed Katie’s guidance more than ever. The practices become a lot more easier to do at home and I made sure to make time to fit these and the other tasks in to my busy life. Thanks to Katie’s guidance, halfway through the course I felt as though I COULD do this… i could be happy again and my life felt a bit more bright. I was given vital tools and knowledge to help me through the rest of the course which I will take with me for the rest of my life. And on our last session together, we went through my goals that we made at the very start of the course… every single goal was absolutely smashed. I completely forgot we made these goals and I actually very emotional and proud we looked back at them. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have been able to work with Katie, to work on my own happiness so me and my baby can have the best life we possibly can. I would 100% recommend Katie for any kind of issue. Her mindfulness course really has changed my life for the better.
