Recently qualified in mindfulness teaching, Bella is passionate about empowering her peers through mindfulness techniques. Her close age to the participants allows her to connect deeply, making her an inspiring and empathetic co-facilitator alongside Katie.
Katie Brazier
Katie brings 18 years of experience in private practice, specialising in anxiety, emotional regulation, and stress management. Her extensive background equips her with the insights and tools needed to help teens navigate their challenges effectively. As a co-facilitator of the Mindful Teens program, Katie's expertise provides a solid foundation for transformative learning.
