When I first met Katie for the consultation, I was quite apprehensive towards therapy and unsure if it would benefit me. However after the initial consultation with Katie, she provided me with assurance and confidence that the selected programme, would bring about the improvements that I’ve been wanting to make in my life. I would highly recommend Katie, she is a wonderful coach and supportive, kind individual who can help bring sense and objectivity to situations you may be struggling with in an overwhelming and complicated world. Katie offers a judgement-free space with lots of support and I’ve learnt so much from her about how our minds and emotions work and helpful tools and techniques for life. I signed up for Katie's programme as I'd been having ongoing issues with poor sleep over many years, had changed my challenging job at work in recent months but was still obsessing over my poor sleep. Through a combination of theory and practical activities, Katie was a source of expertise and reassurance, enabling me to realise that my lack of sleep was just a symptom of a wider issue about living in the moment and acceptance. She allowed me to realise that a mindful approach to living was what I needed in order for me to move forward. Despite my initial scepticism, she empowered me to do less 'doing' and to be more present in the day to day. My sleep patterns and attitude towards them have changed considerably over the 8 week programme and for someone who had been rather disparaging about meditation, I am now a convert. I cannot recommend her enough.
