- Mindful Movement: Engaging the body to quiet the mind.
- Response Choices: Managing reactions to emotional triggers.
- Navigating Challenges: Techniques for dealing with difficult emotions.
- Building Resilience: Strategies for strengthening emotional health.
- Self-Care: Identifying activities that recharge and refresh.
- Compassion Practices: Developing a kind and understanding mindset towards oneself and others.

- Poems and Stories: Like the “Two Wolves” and the “Farmer and the Horse,” which teach lessons through metaphors relevant to teenage experiences.
